Whether you’re pursuing an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) or Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, our program is tailored to guide you through the process with experienced faculty support. Additionally, our mentoring prepares you for the ICF Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA), a critical step in achieving your credential.

What Is Mentor Coaching?

Mentor coaching is a professional process aimed at helping you develop and demonstrate the coaching competencies required for your ICF credential. Through observed or recorded coaching sessions, you’ll receive feedback in a collaborative environment to enhance your coaching skills. This process ensures alignment with ICF’s Core Competencies and ethical standards, helping you improve your coaching effectiveness and prepare for the CKA.

Duration

• 12 Total Hours of Mentor Coaching: Exceeding the ICF’s minimum of 10 hours to provide you with additional support and development opportunities.
• 3-Month Minimum Duration: Sessions are spread over at least 3 months (or longer) to allow time for reflection and growth between meetings.
